As though, it was sensible ingesting a mountain of lettuces, sliced boiled eggs, chunks of ham, shredded cheeses, tomatoes,avocado’s and bacon rinds smothered in a creamy salad dressing. Kohlrabi is sometimes called Northern orange. This sort of cabbage contains much of vitamin PP, potassium and phosphorus. SALAD OF KOHLRABI WITH APPLES AND GARLICIngredients: 300 g of kohlrabi, 200 g of apples, 200 g of mayonnaise, 10 g of garlic, 10 g of marjoram, 30 mL of beet vinegar, pepper and salt to your liking.
