This delicious salad should be made from vegetables form your own garden, or a farmer’s market if you don’t have your own garden. Nutritionally it’s hard to beat fresh from the garden vegetables, and by eating them in their raw natural state, you are more likely to keep the vitamins, enzymes and other natural substances contained in them. Wash the vegetables before you use them, especially if they are from the supermarket, or if you have used any pesticide sprays in your own garden.
