Arugula Alternatives – Exploring Mesclun

Arugula is getting a lot of media attention these days, but this yummy young green is no newcomer to Mediterranean salad plates. Along with a wonderful variety of other tasty types of lettuce, it makes up what is known as a mesclun. If you do not fancy arugula, you could always try one of the other nutritious salad greens that make up a mesclun mix.
